Bucks Council is developing its Local Pan for the county and a draft of the Plan should be available by early 2025. The council is consulting with towns and villages by sending questionnaires for completion by town and parish councils. As in the past, all responses from Little Chalfont will be submitted in the joint names of the Parish Council and the Community Association, copies of which will be made available on this website.

This covers both data about the village and matters of importance to be taken into account when the Local Plan is being formulated. It will form part of the evidence base.
